Our stay at Quality Inn was quite enjoyable! The room sparkled, the staff greeted us with warmth, and the convenient location made exploring Monroe fun. However, the air conditioning needed some TLC. Overall, a solid experience.

The beds were so comfy I slept like a baby and the staff was pretty awesome too, real polite and helpful. I remember the breakfast lady was not too great though, like she had a vendetta against breakfast, breaking it down way too early.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable for what I got.

We had an excellent stay with my grandson, enjoying the nearby Treehouse Vineyards where we explored the beautiful grounds. The kids loved the comfy beds, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home during our time at the hotel.

In my wife’s opinion, the only downside was the outdated decor that could use a refresh.

It was just a decent option for a cursory stop in Monroe with great value-to-price ratio. The lamps in the room were dirty, which could definitely use some attention. Overall, bring your own cleaning supplies for a quick fix during your stay.

Decent breakfast for grab-and-go. Wi-Fi was slow, which was frustrating.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a nice time during our ten-night stay! The room was spacious and generally clean, though we experienced a service hiccup when our room wasn't serviced. Fortunately, the staff, especially Carol, were helpful in resolving our needs. Enjoy the complimentary breakfast—it really energizes your day!

the comfy beds gave us the best sleep, and we loved relaxing at the pool and hot tub! The only downside was that the room could use a little updating, and we could’ve used more outlets by the bed. Heads up to future guests, check out the continental breakfast for a great start to your day! 😊

i had a great stay at quality inn! the king room was comfy and clean. breakfast was decent, and it was awesome having coffee available all the time. the front receptionist was so friendly and provided amazing service. the gym was an added bonus too!
